STAR VARIO (Redesigned)

Most popular unit for Electric Motor applications

The Star Vario is an electromechanical single point lubrication system with a motor that controls the lubrication discharge with exact precision. Recently redesigned with a digital programing, this unit can be set with a discharge period of 1 to 12 months and also has LED error indicator lights on all sides that will appear if there is a problem such as a back pressure. The Star Vario is offered in three sizes- 60cc, 120cc and 250cc. PRO & PRO CONTROL

Skyhawk’s most popular unit for oilfield and gas compression

The Pro and Pro Control units are completely programmable multi-point lubrication systems that can supply up to 6 lubrication points from a single unit. The Pro is battery operated while the Pro Control has an external DC power-supply. These units require minimal space and can be remote mounted up to 20 feet (depending on the lubricant thickness). Filled to order lubricant cartridges are offered in two sizes-250cc and 500cc. Single and double enclosures are also an option to protect the system from weather and other contaminants that may be in the area. One of the features of the Pro that makes it one of the most reliable lubrication systems on the market is its capability to handle malfunctions such as a block in one of the lubrication lines. Given a situation where a blockage due to back pressure has occurred, the Pro will attempt to clear the block three times prior to displaying an error code which indicates the exact lubrication line that is blocked. The remaining lines will operate with no interruption and no loss of pressure. FLEX (New)

The Flex automatic lubricator is a compact, single point, gas activated unit with an easy to operate dial to set the discharge period (1-12months). This unit continuously supplies a lubrication point with fresh lubricant for the selected discharge period and can be turned off when the equipment is not in use. The Flex will work in -4°F to 140°F and will discharge either grease or oil. The Flex is offered in two convenient sizes- 60cc and 125cc.  See Flex Application Images


NOVA

The Nova is the first temperature independent electrochemical single point lubrication system on the market. With a temperature range of -4°F to 140°F, this unit has a sensor that measures the ambient temperature and a control unit that calculates the amount of gas generated to keep lubrication continuous and controlled throughout the programmed discharge period. The discharge period is easily programmed by pushing the selection button on the cap of the nova unit. A digital readout will appear with options of 1 to 12months or (--), which is the off mode. The Nova is offered with a 130cc cartridge and the cap (control unit) is reusable.


CLASSIC/FUTURA

The Classic (metal) and Futura(transparent plastic) are the original automatic lubrication devices. These single point 120cc lubrications systems can be mounted directly on the bearing that needs lubrication. To activate the system, you just need to twist the activator screw (1, 3, 6, and 12 month options) until the top snaps off. A hydrogen pellet will drop into a bladder of citric acid and cause a gas reaction that increases pressure and slowly pushes the lubricant out.
